Ilan Hall
Ilan Hall, a native of Great Neck, New York, is best known as the Season 2 of Bravo’s Top Chef winner. As a teenager, he started working at a local seafood store and travelled to Italy to study at Lorenzo de Medici’s Apicius program and the Culinary Institute of America (CIA).
After graduating from CIA, Ilan worked in New York City restaurants such as Aureole, Craft and Casa Mono. He redesigned his restaurant in 2015 and renamed it Esh, the Hebrew word for fire.
